Taking a needed rest, Threadbear, a needle felted black bear, lounges over a vintage spool of thread —head resting gently in one paw and bracing himself lazily with the other.
This needle felted sculpture is built over a wire armature and is fixed to a vintage wooden spool of thread. The top coat is a custom blend of rich, dark brown wool and alpaca with tiny accents of blue and red. This piece stand 3.5 inches tall and 3 inches wide. Signed on the bottom of the spool.
