This needle felted social weaver is build over a wire armature and has a solid wool core. The eyes and beak are also wool. The characteristic flank feather are individually cut black dots from a length of silk sari ribbon arranged in a layered array and sewn into place. The legs are wire wrapped with wool. The bird measure 6 inches tall at the head top and 8 inches long from beak to tail tip.
This is not a toy. Keep out of reach of young children and pets. Avoid display in direct sunlight.
